The Monroe Partnership performed the planning and partial renovation of this office space.  This law firm owns several floors of a major office building in New Haven.  The Monroe Partnership worked with the client to understand their current needs, which were impacted by advances in technology and employee headcount.  The result of the exercise was to allow for consolidation, which reduced their space needs, made operations more efficient, and reduced the overall cost of their operations.  All of this was performed while maintaining the elegant character of their office environment.
