Seczetta Office Space

Fall River, Massachusetts

The Monroe Partnership designed a 10,000 SF office space for a rapidly growing technology and data security company in an 1860's cotton textile mill building.  The tall, open, window lined space suited an open concept office layout.  The design concentrated on a team task oriented, adaptable pod concept.  Team pods line the exterior brick walls with a central lounge and kitchen space.  Conference, meeting, and informal break-out spaces are incorporated into the highly adaptable layout.
