This 300 residential unit, 10 story building is located in downtown Stamford, Connecticut.  The layout of the residential units surrounds an outdoor raised courtyard with a pool and generous landscaped features.  The residential units feature penthouse apartments with private balconies on the top floor.  Amenities include an exercise gymnasium, an indoor basketball court, and community spaces.  There are two stories of parking below the facility.  This is a collaboration between The Monroe Partnership and Beinfield Architecture, PC.
