This former 1950s U.S. Postal Service building laid vacant after an early lease termination.  In order to attract a new long-term tenant, The Monroe Partnership was tasked with updating and improving the building shell in a creative and economical way.  Façade improvements included the addition of contemporary massing elements in tune with the building’s architectural character.  New large aluminum framed storefront openings were added to improve the natural light and overall quality of the interior space.  The transformation helped to quickly attract a new long-term tenant lease.
