Arrowhead / Flatiron Residential Development

The historic Arrowhead and Flatiron buildings are to be renovated in compliance with state and federal standards to create 45 mixed income apartments for young professionals and local residents, ground floor retail space and a new public space that will be activated by local small businesses.  This includes a substantial addition to the Arrowhead building, which compliments the historic buildings and frames the outdoor community space.
