This project consists of approximately 70,000 SF of retail and restaurant space below two stories of market rate and affordable housing; to maximize the use of the site, there is also a parking garage below a significant portion of the site. The development is designed in the context of a single-family neighborhood, with the the residential buildings facing this neighborhood proportioned to relate to the nearby homes. This is a collaboration between The Monroe Partnership and Beinfield Architecture, PC.
