South End Neighborhood l Phase II

This project represents the second phase of the revitalization of the South End Neighborhood in Waterbury.  This site is located on South Main Street, across the street from the Liberty Commons development.  This building includes a community center on the first floor and approximately 48 residential units on the upper floors.  The building is designed to maintain the street wall, to reinforce pedestrian activity, and further reinvigorate the neighborhood.
