This is a multi-tenant retail, medical and restaurant center.  The site includes a Texas Roadhouse restaurant; a building with an AFC Urgent Care center, an Aspen Dental facility, and a T-Mobile retail space; and a Popeyes fast food restaurant with drive thru.  The Monroe Partnership performed the site planning, as well as the design of the medical/retail building.  The building design is based on the prototype of the primary tenant and was developed as a cohesive architecture to accommodate all tenants.
