The historic Readers Digest building was constructed in the late 1930’s, and has been expanded over the years to a total of approximately 700,000 SF.  The original structure has been repurposed as residential apartments, and the remainder of the building is office and medical office space.  The Monroe Partnership was commissioned to redevelop the entrances across the complex to increase their presence and clarity for tenants and visitors.
