The Monroe Partnership performed the design of this 120,000 SF retail development.  This is part of a mixed use redevelopment of the former Readers Digest campus.  The overall development includes approximately 500,000 SF of office space, 91 luxury townhomes, and the retail development.  The retail tenants include a 40,000 SF Whole Foods Market, a 40,000 SF Lifetime Fitness facility, and 40,000 SF of tenant space.  The retail buildings were developed to respond to the Georgian style of the historic Readers Digest building, and to provide a scale that welcomes pedestrian activity in a vibrant shopping environment.
