Antillean Manor is an affordable housing development constructed in the early 1970's.  It consists of two story townhomes stacked on top of each other for a total of 4 stories.  The building is in disrepair, and does not meet current building codes and important handicapped accessibility standards.  The Monroe Partnership has performed an existing conditions survey, and is currently working with the owner on redevelopment opportunities.
