This site was redeveloped to accommodate a restaurant facility. The site is in a flood zone, and required raising the structure above the flood level. The planning maximized the parking, and related building square footage. The building was designed to respond to the architecture of the nearby train station, and to provide appropriate pedestrian access to the building with outdoor amenities to reinforce the connection to the street.
