The Monroe Partnership performed planning and design services for the redevelopment of this 9.5 acre retail site. The development includes approximately 150,000 SF of self-storage, and a 52,000 SF recreation center; a fast food restaurant pad is also included in the development. The services included basic site planning, addressing building locations, parking, truck access, and traffic flow. The site was also developed in 3 dimensional format, with buildings and site presented in renderings to be used for marketing purposes.
